Mr. Emmanuel Okello is a Senior Programme Officer specializing in Monitoring and Technological Solutions within the Technology & Innovation Program at the Online Safety Foundation Uganda. With a focus on leveraging technology and innovation, Emmanuel’s primary objective is to address online threats such as Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Harmful Content, particularly pornography prevention in schools, and non-consensual intimate image abuse.
Emmanuel collaborates with technology partners to deploy effective solutions aimed at enhancing online safety. With a degree in Information Technology from Makerere University and over 10 years of experience, he possesses expertise in networking, customer relationship management software, AI-powered software, troubleshooting computer errors, and installation of computer software and updates. Emmanuel is known for his proficiency in providing quick IT solutions.
